Requirements:
- 3+ years hands-on algo-trading on EVM-based DEXs
- Strong coding skills in Python, Rust, or C++ (clean, test-driven)
- Proven MEV strategies: searcher flows, back-running, sandwich defense
- Deep knowledge of private RPC endpoints & block-builder APIs (Flashbots, MEV-Boost, etc.)
- Designed & deployed smart-order-routing and liquidity-seeking bots in production
- Solid grasp of gas economics, mempool dynamics, revert handling, and on-chain risk controls
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols, ERC-20/ERC-4626 standards, and L2 rollup nuances
- Comfort with low-latency infra, Prometheus/Grafana monitoring, and Git-based CI/CD
