By requesting any transaction through our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.
Permitted Transaction Types ✔️
Our escrow services are exclusively limited to transactions involving social media usernames (including Telegram handles/NFT's and those from other platforms) and gaming accounts.
We do not assist or participate in transactions for real-world items, products, services, currency exchanges, or any deals of malicious nature.
We also strictly forbid the use of our escrow services for any unlawful, illegal, or harmful transactions. We are fully committed to supporting only legitimate and ethical deals, and we have zero tolerance for violations of this policy.
Limitation of Liability ℹ️
We are not liable for any problems, losses, or issues that occur after a transaction. Although we work to maintain a safe and reliable platform, all risks related to any deal rest entirely with the parties involved.
Non-Refundable Fees 💵
Our service fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Users are responsible for reviewing all transaction details thoroughly before confirming and proceeding.
Dispute Resolution 💬
If a dispute arises, we encourage the involved parties to communicate directly and work toward a mutually agreeable solution. If a resolution cannot be reached between the involved parties we will make a decision ourselves.
