— Turks and Pakistanis are brazenly joining the Saudi accords to attack Yemen, openly exposing their true colors. There is absolutely no justification for this, and those Pakistani Twitter armchair commentators who are scrambling to protect themselves from it while desperately trying to justify their position are only making their stance more obvious. So, when they are confronted, they get to say, “It is our national interest. The more we serve Saudi Arabia, the more money we will get.” That is the worst form of justification any so-called Muslim or so-called ideological state could give.

If Pakistani forces are involved in actions that contribute to mass slaughter in Yemen, then the Pakistani public must demand accountability, transparency, and an immediate end to such participation. The real test now is whether there will be public opposition to any involvement in the killing of Yemenis, or whether people will simply remain silent while their own military establishments become associated with it.

Anyway, if the Pakistani armed forces go so far as to enter a ground battle in Yemeni territory, the only thing we would want to see is their mass slaughter and it will happen.
