In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

The Islamic Resistance in Iraq (Ashab Al-Kahf formation) congratulates our steadfast people and our great religious authorities on the humiliated exit of the American occupier under the strikes of the resistance's drones and missiles.

Our formation wishes to clarify several matters:

First: The issue of surrendering weapons is an illusion dreamt of by the weak, the humiliated, and the slaves of the dollar.

Second: Starting tomorrow night, any foreign presence, whether land or air, will witness a military response from us, and this is a legitimate right guaranteed by international conventions to confront occupation.

Third: What the terrorist "Tom Barrack" dreams of—removing Iraq from the arena of the Axis of Resistance—is out of reach and will not be achieved. We will continue our participation in accordance with the policy of the Axis and as necessitated by the ongoing battle between truth and falsehood, as described by the religious authority.

Fourth: Any country that participates in any aggression against the Islamic Republic must evacuate all its military and economic interests, and some of them must expect a response at any time, in revenge for the martyrs of the Popular Mobilization Forces.

Fifth: In the near future, we will reveal our new weapon that gladdens the friend and enrages the enemy.

Sixth: We affirm that we are not subject to any political or partisan party, and our close ideological bond is with the religious authority; whoever wants us to surrender our weapons must bring us a written text from it mandating that.

Seventh: We clarify that any hand that extends toward our fighters will be cut off, and we will use weapons to defend weapons in the face of anyone. We will not accept any humiliation, conspiracy, or infringement upon our weapons, our presence, or our legitimacy.

Eighth: The brotherly commanders of the PMF must confront the conspiracies being hatched in the military decision-making office to weaken the PMF and pressure for its withdrawal from soft areas. We do not rule out that these are pressures from "Tom Barrack" and Saudi influence within this office, and the wise understand what we say.
