💣 نکته ۱ : نداشتن gaint T invert در نوار قلب رد کننده ApHCM نیست.

💥 In one ApHCM study of 105 patients, 94% had abnormal ECGs with voltage criteria for LVH (65%) and T‐wave inversion (93%), but only 47% had giant negative T‐waves.


💣 نکته ۲ : امواج gaint T invert نیز در انواع دیگر HCM و بیماری‌های قلبی، از جمله بیماری عروق کرونر، شناسایی شده‌اند، بنابراین یک ویژگی پاتگنومونیک نیستند.

💥Giant negative T‐waves have also been identified in other types of HCM and cardiac disease, including coronary artery disease, so are not a pathognomonic feature.
