Create one independent high-end editorial poster for each uploaded photo. Do not combine multiple photos into a collage. Each photo must be processed and output as a separate poster.
OVERALL FORMAT
Strict 3:4 vertical composition.
Divide the canvas horizontally into two exactly equal sections, with a precise 1:1 height ratio.
The top half occupies exactly 50% of the canvas.
The bottom half occupies exactly 50% of the canvas.
The two sections should feel visually connected as one refined art publication cover.
TOP HALF — ORIGINAL PHOTOGRAPH
Preserve the original photograph as faithfully as possible.
Keep the main composition, subjects, identity, facial features, body proportions, poses, expressions, clothing, objects, and spatial relationships unchanged.
Preserve the realistic photographic texture, natural lighting, shadows, atmosphere, and original color mood.
Apply only subtle, sophisticated editorial color grading, creating the feeling of a premium magazine photograph, contemporary art book, or high-end independent publication.
The image should remain photorealistic and authentic, never overly retouched or artificially stylized.
If necessary to fit the 3:4 composition naturally, extend the sky, ground, walls, or surrounding environmental background.

Highly simplify the image. Remove unnecessary details and retain only the visual information needed for immediate recognition.

Convert the photo into a hand-painted gouache illustration on cream cotton paper. Character design, not portraiture. Flat opaque colour with 2-3 tones per surface. Confident economical contour, visible paper tooth, slight pigment granulation. Bold shapes before detail. No photographic skin, pores, lens blur, 3D shading or rendered realism.
Redraw the person with stylised proportions: head larger (roughly 1/6 of figure), enlarged graphic eyes, nose and mouth reduced to simple marks, simplified hands, clothing built from large readable masses. Every surface is shape first, texture second.
Work like a caricaturist: find 2-3 traits that make THIS face unmistakable (glasses, hair, jaw, brow, nose profile, eyes, facial hair) and push them beyond life. Preserve eye spacing, forehead-to-nose-to-chin ratio, jaw width, hairline, age, build, natural asymmetry. Do NOT smooth, beautify, slim, symmetrise, de-age or replace with generic/anime face. Someone who knows them must name them instantly.
Palette — narrow but strong: fresh sage-to-olive green, clean rose pink, warm cream paper. GREEN AND PINK MUST CARRY EQUAL WEIGHT in the frame. Push value contrast — deep greens against pale pinks against bare cream. Do NOT desaturate, grey down or wash out. Forbidden outside three families: primaries, black, brown, blue sky, rainbow.
Read photo's energy/attitude and invent a persona — push it until funny, sharp or absurd. Give them a prop or gesture that tells a story. Register: punk irreverence in sweet medium. Attitude in eyes, never polite smile.
Pose: waist-up, large in frame, carries attitude (arms crossed, hand raised, leaning, brandishing). Never passive shoulders-square.
Wardrobe: take clothing from second photo — same garments, cut, layers — rebuild in flat painted language, repainted in palette above. Simplify folds. Do not restyle.
World: background + few oversized objects pushing the joke. Big simple shapes, flat colour, no clutter, generous cream paper. Everything quieter in value than the head.
Craft: subtle paper grain, uneven wash edges, occasional pigment pooling, soft border.
