فرنگیس مظلوم به دلیل افشای وضعیت زندانها و زندانیان به اتهام تبلیغ علیه نظام اسلامی به یک سال و شش ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شد و اکنون یک ماه است که در زندان به سر می برد. یکی از زندانیانی که فرنگیس مظلوم از او دفاع می کرد، پسرش سهیل عربی، فعال آنارشیست بود که هشت سال در زندان و شکنجه بود و اکنون به شهر برازجان تبعید شده است.
