Samarqandda fuqarolar murojaatini o‘rganishga to‘sqinlik qilinmoqda

Joriy yilning avgust oyida Prezident ishonch telefoni orqali fuqarolar tomonidan Samarqand viloyati Kattaqo‘rg‘on shahridagi metan eritadigan sanoat korxonalari faoliyati yuzasidan e’tirozlar kelib tushgan. Shikoyatda, ayniqsa, tunda havoga zaharli tutun chiqishi va yoqimsiz hidlar tarqalishi, bu esa insonlar salomatligiga zarar yetkazishi ta’kidlangan.

В Самарканде создаются препятствия для изучения обращений граждан

В августе текущего года на телефон доверия Президента поступили обращения граждан с жалобами на деятельность промышленных предприятий, занимающихся плавкой метана, в городе Каттакургане Самаркандской области. В обращениях, в частности, отмечалось, что особенно в ночное время в атмосферу выбрасывается токсичный дым и распространяются неприятные запахи, что может негативно сказываться на здоровье людей.

Obstruction to the investigation of citizens’ complaints in Samarkand

In August this year, citizens submitted complaints via the Presidential hotline regarding the activities of industrial enterprises engaged in methane processing in Kattakurgan, Samarkand Region. The complaints specifically alleged that toxic smoke was being released into the atmosphere, particularly at night, accompanied by unpleasant odours that could have adverse effects on people’s health.
