TeleDrive v1.3 is out, and it's the biggest update yet: TeleDrive now runs on Windows.

New: Windows desktop app
- Full TeleDrive on your PC: file manager, gallery, encryption, everything
- Built-in player that streams videos straight from Telegram, no download needed, even encrypted ones
- Drag and drop uploads, download folder of your choice
- Per-user installer, no admin required

Android improvements
- Proxy support: reach Telegram through SOCKS5/MTProto proxies, with automatic failover when one dies
- Refresh now syncs renames, moves and deletions made on your other devices, not just new files
- Backup fixes: batched queueing, parallel setting applies mid-backup, .nomedia no longer hides whole folder trees
- Gallery fixes: tabs open at the top, albums zoom as small as the media grid
