UPDATE: STON.fi acknowledged that its safeguards were insufficient and fully compensated the affected user with 4,000 $GRAM.
The DEX said its price-impact protection did not fully cover tokens without a reliable USD price, while support initially failed to identify the issue.
STON.fi has already introduced additional safeguards to block swaps with similarly high price impact and is working on adding more liquidity sources to Omniston.
