The Intelligent Data Engineering Lab at the University of Amsterdam (www.uva.nl) is seeking a motivated PhD student in the area of causality, causal representation learning and multimodal data fusion. You will be working under the supervision of dr. Sara Magliacane (https://twitter.com/saramagliacane) and prof. Paul Groth (https://indelab.org/)
on a new fundamental research project, funded by the US Air Force Office of Scientific Research, aimed at creating foundational theory and methods for extracting and fusing causal knowledge from multiple modalities.
