a *3-year research position in Statistics* is available at Politecnico di Milano, to excellent *candidates having 4-10 years of research experience* (inclusive of PhD)

The *research activity* is concerned with the development of statistical models for predicting and evaluating the impact of investments in services and infrastructures in order to improve the accessibility and sustainability of a given area (WP2 of GRINS project – PNRR PE9 Spoke7).
To this aim, it is necessary to understand how infrastructures and infostructures interact with concepts like social cohesion, inclusion, mobility, etc.

Advanced Statistical Learning and Data Analysis *skills* are required, together with experience in Data Management and programming (R, python). Teaching and student support is part of the duties.
