DIVS Protocol Strategic Update

Following the issues during the initial token launch, we took a step back and gathered feedback from several marketing partners and market operators.

The consistent recommendation was to stop trying to rebuild momentum around the current token and instead take a clean approach to the next phase.

We agree.

The current $DIVSPRO market no longer has meaningful holder participation, and we are not going to manufacture activity or spend resources trying to artificially revive the existing chart.

The protocol itself remains active.

Development of the DIVS trading infrastructure, product interfaces, staking infrastructure, and upcoming protocol functionality will continue while we work through the next steps for the token layer.

We are taking the time to structure the next phase properly, with clear documentation and transparent communication.

Updates will be shared as decisions are finalized and development progresses.

No forced timelines.
No artificial activity.
Just execution.

DIVS Protocol continues building.

🚨 DIVS Protocol Operational Update

The initial trading phase exposed issues around token distribution and internal team coordination. Those issues have now been resolved, and the project has been fully reorganized around a single operational direction.

1. Supply & Allocation The wallets and allocations connected to the initial distribution issue have been addressed. The affected supply has been cleared from the market, and strategic buybacks will be executed to support a clean supply structure moving forward.

2. Protocol Fees & Operations Protocol fees were claimed and routed across chains following the incident to fund core operational requirements, including deployments, infrastructure, and marketing.
The transactions are fully on-chain and can be independently verified.

3. Team & Development Internal responsibilities have been reorganized. Core development of DIVS Protocol remains 100% active, including our primary infrastructure for 24/7 tokenized equity trading.

4. Staking Staking development was temporarily delayed by the internal restructuring. Development has resumed, and implementation is now moving into its final stage before deployment.

5. What Comes Next The focus now is pure execution. We are continuing development, expanding protocol functionality, and preparing our next major releases.

The incident changed how we operate. It does not change what we are building.
