Retailers already have product data, prices, stock and orders inside systems such as 1C, SAP, BILLZ, OX System, Smartup, Odoo and Shopify.

Customers, however, expect to buy through Instagram Direct, Telegram, WhatsApp and web chat.
EzguSavdo connects the two.

It is an AI commerce layer that:
• answers customers using live catalog, stock and price data;
• applies each retailer’s pricing and sales rules;
• recognizes products and understands voice messages;
• creates orders or hands conversations over to a person;
• publishes a structured commerce feed for SEO and AI discovery through AEO and GEO.

The platform is LLM independent. Different deployments can use OpenAI, Gemini or other models depending on the retailer’s requirements.
