🐳 In Beijing, trade negotiations between Trump & Co and Xi Jinping have started — the parties plan to discuss tariffs, chips, and the future of global trade.

In parallel, Musk has already managed to deliver the quote of the day: "The problem with socialism is that after they eat the rich, they themselves will start to starve."

🪙 Claude helped a user regain access to an old Bitcoin wallet with 5 BTC, which had been untouched since 2015 — he uploaded data from an old student computer to the AI, and Claude helped find the likely password.

👁 While Huang, along with Trump and heads of the largest US companies, is in China, Nvidia updates historical records.

The company's capitalization reached $5.45 trillion — this is already approximately twice the size of the entire crypto market with its $2.7 trillion.

One Nvidia is now worth more than BTC, Ethereum, USDT, and all other crypto combined.

🦅 In the first 11 days of May, Russians withdrew a record 210 billion rubles in cash from their accounts — this is the maximum for the entire period of statistics publication since 2011.

The reason cited is internet and cashless payment disruptions during the May holidays — people massively decided that cash is more reliable than cards in such a situation.

Ironically, the record occurred almost immediately after the Ministry of Finance's call not to keep money "under the mattress" but to deposit it in banks.

🇻🇳 Vietnam is preparing to launch a regulated crypto market as early as 2026 — the first official operations could begin in the third quarter, and five companies have been allowed to manage trading platforms.

They want to make the market closed and controlled — crypto exchanges need capital of about $400 million, only local companies will be able to submit applications, and foreign ownership is limited to 49%.

In parallel, authorities are discussing restrictions for foreign platforms like Binance, OKX, and Bybit.

🪙 Ethereum introduced Clear Signing — an open standard that should replace "blind" signatures with a normal description of what exactly the user is confirming.

The wallet will be able to show not a set of symbols, but understandable data — what asset is being sent, to whom, for what amount, and under what conditions.

This is an important step for security after a series of phishing attacks and hacks, where users signed transactions, without understanding their real meaning.

🇰🇬 Kyrgyzstan wants to allow banks into the crypto market — The Ministry of Economy proposed allowing them to buy, sell, and exchange cryptocurrency under the supervision of the National Bank.

If the amendments are adopted, crypto exchange could become a regular banking service — like currency exchange or money transfers.

The reason is clear — the market is growing rapidly, and tax revenues from virtual assets for 11 months of 2025 have already exceeded 2.1 billion soms.

🇨🇳 Donald Trump is flying to China along with the heads of some of the largest US companies – the CEOs of Nvidia, Apple, BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, Boeing, Mastercard, Visa, Qualcomm, Meta, and Tesla.

The combined market capitalization of the participating companies exceeds $11.5 trillion.

🇧🇲 Bermuda will transfer a part of its government financial services to the Stellar blockchain, to reduce fees and speed up payments.

The authorities are also considering the possibility of accepting and investing in digital assets — the country wants to become one of the first "fully on-chain economies".

🕵️‍♂️ A 50-year-old resident of Kaliningrad gave almost 7,000,000 rubles to scammers, believing in "crypto investments" — initially they showed her good profits in a fake personal account and persuaded her to top up the account again and again.

When the woman tried to withdraw the money, access to the account was suddenly blocked — the scheme is as old as time, but still works.

🇷🇺 Russia remains one of the main markets for crypto exchanges — in April, it accounted for 32% of Bybit's traffic (about 3.67 million visits out of 11.41 million).

On HTX, the share of Russian users is also high — almost 25%, although the overall traffic of crypto exchanges decreased by more than 12% over the month.

🇧🇹 Bhutanese Gelephu, aka the "City of Mindfulness," has decided to become a true crypto-haven.

For companies they launched expedited licensing, access to banks, and almost dream-like tax conditions — 0% corporate income tax, 0% capital gains tax.

🇺🇸 US Consumer Price Index (CPI), reflecting inflation, rose to 3.8% — the figure was 3.3% last month.

🤣 Behind the hacking of Roaring Kitty's account and the shitcoin scam, the brother of the project founder might be behind it.

A video from a stream went viral online, where a person resembling him rejoices at the launch of the project and says: "We did it!".

🖥 Mining company MARA reported a quarterly loss of $1.3 billion — a year ago, losses were almost 2.5 times smaller.

The company increased its mining capacity by 33% and mined 2247 BTC, but the fall in Bitcoin and the sale of some reserves significantly impacted its finances.

At the same time, MARA is increasingly looking towards AI and data centers — the company wants to earn not only from mining, but also from AI infrastructure.

🗽 The U.S. Senate Banking Committee has published an updated bill CLARITY on crypto market regulation.

🔵 Authorities want to ban interest payments for holding stablecoins — so they don't turn into an equivalent of bank deposits.
🔵 The crypto industry supported the rules, but banks fear that people will start massively moving money from deposits into stablecoins.
🔵 At the same time, the document still does not prohibit officials, including Trump, from profiting from crypto projects.

As early as Thursday, the U.S. Senate is expected to consider amendments and vote on the bill.

☠️ A hacker hacked the account of Roaring Kitty, pulled off a quick pump-and-dump, and earned approximately $611,000.

He previously bought up almost 40% of the shitcoin's supply through 10 wallets for only 20 SOL, pumped the token through the hacked account, then dumped the position for 5071 SOL and added another 1209 SOL in fees.

As a result, the token crashed by 90%.
