Vacancy: Mobile Marketing Analyst
Full-time, remote
Salary: 250-300k roubles

We develop and promote various FinTech products that are distributed globally. Our experienced team requires a Mobile/Web Analyst who will augment our current capabilities and help increase conversions, average order value and other data-backed business optimization. How you are going to make an impact 🛠
- Support and implement mobile analytics solutions
- Preparation of technical specifications for developers and implementation testing
- Development of recommendations to improve the website / mobile application and increase the conversion of the sales funnel
- Analysis of user behaviour on the site and traffic forecasting
- Optimization of landing pages and conducting A/B tests
- Support for event map documentation
- Working with GTM
- Formation of hypotheses on growth points alongside the digital marketing team, search for weaknesses and recommend ways to improve efficiency

Discover your Fit 🪄:
- Extensive experience working with mobile analytics (Branch, Firebase, AppsFlyer etc)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mobile tracking system implementation and integration of mobile applications (this is an absolute requirement for the position)
- Product-focused mindset
- Able to present the ideas and solutions in a clear and effective way
- Good knowledge of GA, GTM, Google Data Studio (Looker)
- Basic JavaScript skills to work more effectively with GTM
- Understanding of the principles of database operation and is extremely confident with SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions) (BigQuery/MySQL)
- Know attribution models, and experienced in applying them
- Can design A/B tests and analyze their results
- Experienced in working with GA4 and Firebase Analytics
- Able to identify patterns in data and in the behaviour of customers in the funnel
- Able to analyze the effectiveness of advertising sources and identify the highest converting sources and their ratio
- Know how to prepare technical tasks for developers, can test and check them
- Know English at least Upper-Intermediate level
