We are looking for a skilled Marketing/Growth Analyst who will support our team in exploring new audiences, their behavior in sales funnels, and assessing the financial impact of experiments.

📝What you will do:
- Formulate hypotheses of how to acquire new user growth in the US market.
- Test hypotheses by picking a suitable experiment design, defining metrics, and setting timeframes.
- Analyze and evaluate the launch and scaling effect of Growth team’s initiatives.
- Collect insights about the market and audience.
- Interact with stakeholders, users, related departments, and teams.

📝What we expect from you:
- 2+ years experience in the role of marketing/growth/web analyst.
- Demonstrated knowledge of user acquisition context: marketing AAARR stages, B2C funnel, unit-economy, etc.
- Experience with correlation analysis, A/B testing, custom attribution models.
- Ability to effectively present growth metric experiment results and provide clear recommendations for action.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams encompassing marketing, growth, sales, communications, low-code automations, and development.
- Familiarity with GTM, GA4, Python (PySpark), SQL, BigQuery.
- Upper-Intermediate level or higher proficiency in English.
