DATA ANALYST, NOVARTIS

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Data collection and processing:
Collect, aggregate and clean data from various sources. Not only structured data from systems, but also data provided in Excel format from various sources.
Automate data processing with Python or Alteryx. With further data loading into the company's systems for reporting. Support for systems for sales analysis.
Data analysis: Conduct statistical data analysis, research, identify correlations and dependencies, identify trends.
Data visualization: Create visual and informative dashboards, graphs and reports to present the results of analysis in Power BI. Using the DAX library to build indicators that are not included in the standard Power BI set.
Prediction and Optimization: Develop predictive and optimization models for decision support.
Business Process Support: Work with various departments of the company to provide analytical support for strategic and tactical decision making.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators, create reports and ensure regular data updates.
Development of tools and methods: Continuously improve analysis processes, offer new tools and methods to improve data handling.

Requirements:
Experience with databases, programming languages and data analysis tools (SQL, BI (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc), R, ETL, Python, CSS, HTML, Excel, etc.)
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify trends and dependencies, draw conclusions and make recommendations based on data
Technical skills: Knowledge of programming languages and tools for working with data (Python, R, Alteryx), ability to create and optimize SQL queries, understanding of database principles.
Statistical knowledge: Experience with methods of statistical analysis, making forecasts, testing hypotheses, etc.
Soft skills: Ability to clearly present the results of the analysis, communicate with different levels of management and colleagues.
Problem Solving: The ability to identify problems, come up with creative solutions, and take action to improve processes.
