Hi all! I’m looking for a project to join as a scrum master or delivery manager.
I have 12 years of experience in IT as a QA, QA-lead, and scrum master.
I can build communication and trust in a team, to couch them any aspects of the framework or method and show how it should make the current process better. I like to build communication around the team and eliminate barriers on the way to the product goal. If I know that the product helps people and makes life better then I will share the knowledge with the team to focus all energy on the value of the product.
