▫️20 to 25 Oreo cookies, 1 1/2 cups of cookie crumbs

▫️32 oz cream cheese, softened; 4 packages
▫️1 cup sour cream
▫️1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
▫️1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
▫️1 cup white granulated sugar
▫️2 tsp vanilla extract
▫️1/2 tsp salt
▫️4 large eggs, at room temp

For Cherry Whipped Cream:
▫️2 cups heavy cream, well chilled
▫️1 tsp vanilla extract
▫️2 tbsp cherry liqueur, or 1 tsp cherry extract
▫️1 cup powdered sugar

For Topping:
