Ingredients:
milk — 1 liter
flour — 400 g
chicken eggs — 2 pcs.
sugar — 30 g
salt — 8 g
vegetable oil — 15 g

Preparation:
Beat eggs with a whisk with sugar and salt.
Add 500 ml of milk (cold!) and flour. Beat with a whisk again until smooth.

Pour in the remaining milk gradually and beat with a whisk again so that there are no lumps.

Fry in a preheated pancake pan, which is pre-greased with vegetable oil.
Stack and serve.
