🌮 Tortilla with Eggs and Filling

🗒 Ingredients:
‣ Tortilla – 1
‣ Eggs – 2-3
‣ Tomato – 1
‣ Corn – 30 g
‣ Cheese – 80 g
‣ Salt and herbs – to taste
‣ Green onion – optional
‣ Butter – 50 g

🍽 Instructions:
1. Heat the butter in a pan. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them, seasoning with salt and herbs.
2. Add the diced tomato, corn, and grated cheese to the eggs. Cook for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts.
3. Place the filling onto the tortilla and fold it, adding green onion if desired.
4. Serve warm for a tasty breakfast!
