Lemon fruit ice

Ingredients:
lemon — 3 pcs.
sugar — 150 g
non-carbonated water — 100 ml
gelatin — 5 g

Preparation:
Squeeze the juice from the lemons, grate the zest of one citrus on a fine grater.
Dissolve the sugar in water, add lemon juice. When the syrup is ready, add the zest. 

Cook for 50 minutes, let it brew a little.
Then slowly add the soaked gelatin to the syrup, mix until smooth. 

Pour in the lemon juice, mix again and let cool. 
Pour into molds and put in the freezer.
