🍕 Cottage Cheese Pizza Dough

🗒 Ingredients:
‣ cottage cheese – 360 g
‣ egg – 1
‣ rice flour – 100 g
‣ baking powder – 1 tsp
‣ salt – a pinch
‣ mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
‣ sriracha sauce – to taste
‣ pickled cucumber – 1
‣ ham – 100 g
‣ cheese – 100 g

🍽 Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients for the dough until smooth. Shape it into a round base and create edges.
2. Spread mayonnaise with sriracha sauce on the base. Top with sliced pickled cucumber, ham, and cheese.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, until the dough is golden and the cheese is melted.
