Turkish pilaf with noodles

Ingredients:
butter — 70 g
vegetable oil — 4 tablespoons
gossamer noodles — 0.5 cups
long—grain rice - 0.5 cups
lemon juice — 2 tablespoons
ground cardamom — 1 teaspoon
boiling water — 2 cups
onion — 1 pc.
chili pepper, bay leaf — to taste

Preparation:
Heat the butter in a deep frying pan, add the vegetable oil.

Onion, without peeling, cut into two halves and fry. Add finely chopped chili peppers.

Pour the vermicelli into the pan and fry over low heat, stirring frequently, until brown.

As soon as the vermicelli is fried, add the rice and fry for three minutes so that the rice dries with oil. Put the bay leaf.
Carefully pour in 2 cups of boiling water. Add lemon juice, cardamom and close the lid. Reduce the heat to the smallest, you do not need to interfere.

The most delicious pilaf is ready!
And here we have the secrets of cooking different dishes.
