Turkish pie burek  

Ingredients for the dough:
wheat flour — 480 g
water — 350 ml
salt — 1.5 teaspoons
vegetable oil — 60 ml
butter — 60 ml
chicken egg (for greasing the pie) — 1 pc.
Ingredients for filling:
minced meat (beef) — 500 g
potatoes — 200 g
onion — 100 g
dill — 10 g
coriander (ground dry) — 0.5 teaspoon
black pepper — 3 g
salt — 3 g
cumin — 0.5 teaspoon

Preparation:
Add salt to cool water, mix well. Add flour, knead the dough, it should turn out slightly liquid. 

Divide the dough into four parts, deflate into balls, cover with cling film and let the dough rest for 20 minutes. 

While the dough is resting, prepare the filling: add finely diced potatoes, finely diced onions, dill, salt, cumin, coriander to the ground beef, mix everything well. 

From the dough balls we roll small tortillas with a diameter of about 20 cm. 
Stir the butter with the vegetable oil, grease the bottom of the plate. Put the tortilla, grease it. In this way, lay out all the tortillas, cover with cling film, and leave for 5 minutes. 

The dough will become elastic, stretch it with your hands into a large circle so that the dough becomes transparent.
Put the filling 5 cm from the edge of the dough.
Twist the dough with the filling with a roll. 

In a round baking dish, place the rolls in a spiral, in the form of a snail.
Grease with egg on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake the pie in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 190 ° C.
