German potato salad
(national recipe)

Ingredients:
3 potatoes
bay leaf
peppercorns
1 fresh cucumber
1 pickled or pickled cucumber
green onions
for dressing:
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp without a slide of mustard

Preparation:
Boil the potatoes in the peel, add bay leaf and pepper to the water.
Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and then quarter each slice.

Cucumber is very thinly sliced, it is convenient to do this with a knife for peeling vegetables, then the slices are almost transparent. Add the finely chopped pickled cucumber.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing: water, oil, vinegar, mustard.

Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste, season, sprinkle with green onions, mix and refrigerate for at least half an hour.

Then you can serve it to the table,
