🍕 Turkish Pizza – Lahmacun


🗒 Ingredients:
‣ Ground meat – 500 g
‣ Bell pepper – 1 pc
‣ Parsley – 50 g
‣ Onion – 1 pc
‣ Salt – 1 tbsp
‣ Dried garlic – 1 tbsp
‣ Crushed tomatoes – 300 g
‣ Lavash or tortilla – 8 pcs
‣ Red onion – to taste
‣ Lemon – to taste
‣ Greek yogurt – for serving

🍽 Preparation:
1. Chop the bell pepper, parsley, and onion in a blender.
2. Add the chopped veggies to the ground meat, then mix in crushed tomatoes, salt, and garlic. Mix well.
3. Knead until smooth and fully combined.
4. With wet hands, spread the meat mixture evenly over the lavash or tortilla.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (480°F) for 5–6 minutes (add 1–2 minutes if using tortillas).
6. Once ready, drizzle with lemon juice, top with finely chopped red onion, and roll it up.
7. Serve with Greek yogurt or sour cream.
