Lavash
(common mainly among the peoples of the Caucasus, the Balkans, and the Middle East)

You will need an oven for the recipe

Ingredients:
hot water — 200 ml
salt — to taste
flour — 250 g
vegetable oil — 1 tablespoon

Preparation:
Dissolve salt in water. 
Make a depression in the flour and pour water into it, stir, add vegetable oil.
Knead the dough.

When the dough cools down, you can knead it with your hands. Knead until the dough completely takes all the flour and acquires a smooth homogeneous texture. 

Form a ball of dough, wrap with cling film and leave to rest for 20 minutes so that the gluten contained in the flour works better and swells. 

Dust the table with flour. Form an oblong sausage and divide into 12 equal parts. 

Take one piece, cover the rest with cling film so that they do not curl. 
Roll out the dough very thinly. With the help of a plate or any other container, you can give a perfect round shape. 

Bake in the oven at 220 degrees until golden brown.
Sprinkle liberally with water and cover with a damp towel. 
Let it rest for 4 hours
