🤎🧀HAM-CHEESE STICKS with GARLIC OIL 💕🍖
MHHHHH... crispy, cheesy, wonderfully aromatic! 🤤🧄🧀💕
A fine treat made from spelt sourdough – golden brown on the outside, fluffy and savory on the inside. 😍
To keep it interesting, today there’s a hearty version with ham, cheese, and garlic oil – it’s a bit reminiscent of raclette ciabatta, but even better! 😋
🧄 Ingredients (for 4 pieces)
❤️ 400 g bread dough of your choice (e.g., spelt sourdough)
❤️8 slices of ham 🍖
❤️4 slices of Gouda 🧀
❤️2–3 garlic cloves 🧄
❤️ 40 ml olive oil 🫒
👩🏻🍳 Preparation
1️⃣ Preheat the oven (with a pizza stone, if available) to 220 °C convection.
2️⃣ Mix the pressed garlic with olive oil – set aside.
3️⃣ Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it into 4 long strips (twice as long & the same width as a slice of ham).
4️⃣ Brush with garlic oil, halve the Gouda lengthwise, and place it on the strips.
5️⃣ Cut the strips in half, cover one half with ham, and top with the other half.
6️⃣ Hold the ends and twist slightly.
7️⃣ Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
✨ Serve warm, dip in garlic oil, and enjoy! 🤎🧀🧄
Happy munching and bon appétit! 😍🍖
