Hearty Dinner in a Baking Bag 🍖

Turkey Drumstick with Bulgur 🍗

Ingredients:

• Turkey drumstick – 1 pc. 🍗
• Salt, pepper – to taste 🧂
• Smoked paprika – 2 tsp 🌶️
• Parsley – 25 g 🌿
• Garlic – 6 cloves 🧄
• Bulgur – 1 cup 🍚
• Onion – 1 pc. 🧅
• Sweet pepper – 1 pc. 🫑
• Water – 2 cups 💧
• Baking bag 🛍️

Instructions:
1. Wash the drumstick, make cuts, and rub with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. 🧂
2. Stuff the cuts with chopped parsley and garlic. 🌿🧄
3. Tie one end of the baking bag, add bulgur, diced onion, sweet pepper, garlic, and the remaining parsley. 🍚🧅🫑
4. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, place the drumstick on top, pour in the water, and tie the bag. 💧🍗
5. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 1 hour. ⏳🔥
