▫️7 tablespoons boiling water
▫️1 1/2 teaspoons canola oil
▫️3/4 pound ground pork
▫️1/2 pound ground shrimp
▫️1/4 cup soy sauce
▫️2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine
▫️2 tablespoons sesame oil
▫️1/2 cup minced scallions
▫️3 tablespoons grated ginger
▫️3 tablespoons grated garlic
▫️1 tablespoon sugar
▫️Salt, to taste
