🇧🇹 The government of Bhutan is transferring the national digital identification system (NDI) to Ethereum.

Previously, the project worked on Polygon (#POL), but now the authorities are switching to a new network for greater security and sustainability.

The NDI system allows residents of the country to store and use their digital documents without intermediaries - in fact, to independently manage their identity online.

The launch ceremony was attended by Vitalik Buterin and Ethereum Foundation President Aya Miyaguchi.

😐 Akash Network founder Greg Osuri said that the project stops supporting its own blockchain on Cosmos SDK and moves to a new network.

Osuri called Solana (#SOL) «a strong contender for Akash’s new home», but the final decision has not yet been made.

The dates of the migration have not yet been announced. A request for proposals from blockchain funds is expected in the coming weeks.

🙁 Minus $9,000,000 in a few seconds.

One of the traders told on Twitter how he lost everything in just an instant - $9,000,000. No hacking, no scam. It’s just that the market showed who is the boss here.

«It wasn’t a risk. It was a safe deal that couldn’t go wrong. Until the market decided otherwise.»

🤔 CEO of Crypto.com calls on regulators to investigate exchanges after liquidations of $20,000,000,000.

«Regulators must figure out whether all transactions were fair, whether prices and indices worked correctly, whether the exchanges deliberately slowed down trading. $20,000,000,000 liquidations is too much, thousands of users have suffered.»

He also questioned:
-How trading control and implementation of AML programs are organized.
- Whether the internal trading departments of the exchanges use access to insider information for their own benefit.
- Whether there are any manipulations from the inside.

🧐 Changpeng Zhao reposted the investigation about the «mysterious whale Hyperliquid».

We are talking about Bitcoin OG, a suspect in insider trading - it turned out to be Garrett Bullish (former head of the BitForex exchange) with a fortune of about $10,000,000,000.

Garrett Bullish: Hello, CZ. Thank you for sharing my private information. I want to clarify: I have no connection with Donald Trump’s family - this is NOT insider trading.

💸 Binance compensated users $283,000,000 (release)

During the collapse of the crypto market, some assets on Binance temporarily lost their depeg, and users faced technical failures and delays in transfers and redemption of funds from Earn products.

As a result, the exchange fully compensated for the losses associated with the loss of binding and promised to cover the losses of users affected by delays.

Binance noted that the loss of asset binding occurred after the market collapse, and did not cause it.

I’m turning 41, but I don’t feel like celebrating.

Our generation is running out of time to save the free Internet built for us by our fathers.

What was once the promise of the free exchange of information is being turned into the ultimate tool of control.

Once-free countries are introducing dystopian measures such as digital IDs (UK), online age checks (Australia), and mass scanning of private messages (EU).

Germany is persecuting anyone who dares to criticize officials on the Internet. The UK is imprisoning thousands for their tweets. France is criminally investigating tech leaders who defend freedom and privacy.

A dark, dystopian world is approaching fast — while we’re asleep. Our generation risks going down in history as the last one that had freedoms — and allowed them to be taken away.

We’ve been fed a lie.

We’ve been made to believe that the greatest fight of our generation is to destroy everything our forefathers left us: tradition, privacy, sovereignty, the free market, and free speech.

By betraying the legacy of our ancestors, we’ve set ourselves on a path toward self-destruction — moral, intellectual, economic, and ultimately biological.

So no, I’m not going to celebrate today. I’m running out of time. We are running out of time.

🎯 Glassnode analysts note an increased open interest (OI) in Bitcoin futures - the market «shaves» both longists and shortlists, clearing themselves of excess leverage.

Open interest (OI) is the total number of all current futures contracts for an asset. The impact of OI growth on the market: more positions and capital accumulates, increasing liquidity and potential volatility.
