🇧🇷 BINANCE IS TIGHTENING CROSS-BORDER CRYPTO TRANSFERS IN BRAZIL FROM NOV 1

From Nov 1, Binance users in Brazil must disclose the purpose and counterparty of cross-border crypto transfers. Without it, withdrawals will be blocked and deposits may be held or returned, as Binance must report monthly to Brazil's Central Bank under Resolution BCB 521/2025.
