🔥 $292 MILLION GONE - WHO'S ON THE HOOK NOW?

KelpDAO just sued LayerZero and CEO Bryan Pellegrino in a Vancouver court, alleging the LayerZero-approved "1-of-1" verifier setup opened the door for hackers to drain 116,500 rsETH (~$292M) back in April 2026. LayerZero denies it, pointing the blame back at KelpDAO's own configuration - the legal battle over who's responsible in DeFi is just getting started.
