🇧🇷 SELF-CUSTODY CRYPTO WALLETS IN BRAZIL ARE ABOUT TO LOSE THEIR PRIVACY

Starting October 1, 2026, any transfer of $10,000 or more to or from a self-custody wallet must be reported by exchanges to Brazil's anti-money laundering watchdog COAF, under Resolution BCB No. 588 - self-custody isn't banned and there's no transfer limit, but large transactions are now on the radar.
