Here is where it gets genuinely novel.

When a depositor puts an Azuki into the pool, they are not just supplying an asset. They are supplying four years of work that Zagabond and the Azuki team did to make people care: the art direction, the community, the physical activations, the mythology. The protocol pays nothing for any of it.

And the allowlist does not read like a list of assets. It reads like a map of onchain culture. CryptoPunks, Miladys, Bored Apes, Doodles, Pudgy Penguins, Meebits, CrypToadz, Checks, mfers, Nakamigos, Good Vibes Club. Each one represents years of accumulated meaning, and each one arrives with a price the open market has already discovered.

gives me hamster racing or erc404 (pandora) vibes after reading

also the article is a bit sloppish with hints of smokebombing

the NFT market is much smaller than TCG so you can kind of estimate runway from there

in fact, i feel like current tcg craze is a manifestation or evolution of the NFT cycle in 2021, so i don't see FWA going far

deserves a good pop nonetheless, hence my opening statement

note that i'm not taking into account any of the tokenomics pumpolution and trickery (ik its scarce and only obtainable by opening packs), but just stating thoughts on FWA as an idea based on my brief reading into it
