💗 When a job description has 15 requirements, don’t treat all 15 as equally important.
Start by looking for the things that repeat.
If the role mentions partnerships in the summary, responsibilities and requirements, it’s probably central.
If a tool appears once at the bottom of a long list, it may be less important.
A simple way to read a JD:
» What will this person spend most of their time doing?
» Which skills appear more than once?
» Which requirements sound essential vs preferred?
» What outcome is the company actually hiring for?
You don’t need to match every bullet perfectly.
You do need to understand what the role is really built around.
