💗 A company’s careers page can tell you more than just which jobs are open.

Sometimes the pattern across several openings gives you useful context about what the company may be prioritizing.

For example:

» Several compliance or legal roles
could point to licensing, regulation, or expansion into new markets.

» More BD and partnerships roles
might suggest a stronger push around distribution, integrations, or ecosystem growth.

» Support and operations hiring
can signal increasing user volume or more operational complexity.

» Infrastructure, security, and backend roles
may indicate that the technical side of the business is scaling.

None of this is proof of a company’s strategy, and one opening on its own usually doesn’t tell you much.

But if you’re researching a company before applying or interviewing, look at all of their open roles together, not just the one you’re interested in.

The hiring pattern can give you better questions to ask and a clearer idea of what the team may be building toward.

💗 A lot of good work never makes it past a resume bullet.

Someone may write “managed content,” but have strong articles, campaigns or research they could actually show.

“Ran community initiatives” could mean programs, events or contributor projects.

Education experience can be backed up with guides, tutorials or explainers.

BD and partnerships work may be demonstrated through campaigns, activations or case studies, as long as nothing confidential is being shared.

The goal isn’t to document everything you’ve ever done.

Pick a few examples that make your contribution easier to understand.

A recruiter seeing the actual work often gets much more context than they would from the title alone.

💙 Web3 hiring is spread across a genuinely global talent market and CryptoJobsList tracks where both employers and candidates are active.

Over the last three months, the leading hiring-location categories on the platform are:

1. Remote - 440
2. United States - 414
3. United Kingdom - 86
4. Singapore - 59
5. India - 38

The countries generating the most applications are:
1. India - 1,285
2. United States - 668
3. Indonesia - 438
4. Philippines - 313
5. United Kingdom - 275

These rankings shouldn’t be used to decide that one country is easier to get hired from than another. The individual role still matters: seniority, location restrictions, timezone requirements and company hiring policies can all change who is eligible.

What the data does show is how international Web3 hiring has become.

Companies are recruiting across different regions, remote continues to represent a large share of hiring activity, and candidates are participating from markets around the world.

CryptoJobsList tracks this alongside job posts, companies hiring, technologies, seniority, applications and other employment trends.

💗 Most people only start paying attention to the job market when they already want or need a new role.

By then, they’re trying to figure out everything at once: what companies are hiring, which roles are in demand, what salaries look like, and where the industry is actually moving.

That’s why CryptoJobsList has a lot more than open jobs.

» 💼 Jobs - See which roles and companies are hiring right now.

» 📊 Salary Data - Get a better idea of what different Web3 roles are paying before you enter a salary conversation.

» 📈 Hiring Trends - Follow changes in job posts, applications, companies hiring, in-demand roles, technologies, locations and more.

» 🗓 Crypto Events - Find conferences and events happening around the world where you can learn, meet people and stay close to the ecosystem.

You don’t need to use all of it every day.

But having that context makes it a lot easier to understand the market before you actually need to make your next move.
