Yesterday’s PPI hype fueled heavy FOMO and bets on a 50 bps cut.

But with today’s CPI print, those odds have shrunk — explaining the current pullback.

Polymarket now shows an 88% chance of a 25 bps cut.

Big picture? Still bullish mid & long term. ✅

PPI inflation (Aug) drops to 2.6% (vs 3.3% est).
Core PPI falls to 2.8% (vs 3.5% est).

Monthly change turned negative — only the 2nd time since Mar ’24.

✅ Very bullish: sparked optimism, buying, and gains.

CPI hits tomorrow — if it surprises lower too, markets could rally hard.

Despite massive distribution, the market only dipped ~14%.

That selling pressure was almost fully absorbed—deep, solid demand stepped in.
