xgas.dev isn’t a CEX or a regular dapp.

It’s an MCP for agents/AI on an Orbit L4 (466301) that settles on Robinhood Chain (4663). Native token: $xMoney.

Default’s non-custodial: it preps the tx, you sign it. Sign in with X + Privy is optional.

What it does:
• USDG ↔️ $xMoney bridge
• P2P OTC with X handles, settled in X Money (~15 min escrow)
• NGU curves
• XSwap out to other EVMs

vs $PAID / UsePaid:
$PAID ties a token to an X handle and the operator pays your fees out in dollars through X Money. That payout is the product.

xgas doesn’t originate X Money checks. Counterparties post, take, escrow, and settle with each other. Custody’s optional. You sign your own tx.

That’s why the ToS case is thinner: it’s a P2P marketplace, not a payout router. X still gets the last word.
