Hold for 30 days without selling and your bag counts double. You sell, the clock starts over. Pretty straightforward.

Then it gets weird in a good way. The holders vote on mortgages, evictions, schools, hospitals. Those votes actually move the city around. Neighborhoods go up or they fall apart. That’s the experiment.
