Solana's Alpenglow Upgrade Goes Live October 21

Solana core developer Anza announced that Alpenglow hits mainnet-beta on October 21, replacing TowerBFT with Votor and cutting transaction finality from ~12.8 seconds to just 150 milliseconds.
