MiCA Deadline: Who Can Serve the EU

MiCA's transition period ends July 1, 2026, and the ESMA register now draws a hard line across the exchange landscape.

Licensed venues split by scope: full trading platforms like OKX, Kraken and Bitstamp on one side, custody and execution brokers like Coinbase, Bybit and Gemini on the other.

Binance, MEXC and HTX remain absent from the register, and early 7D net flows already show outflows, with Binance down $1.37B.
