​​Kalshi has announced the closure of its $1B funding round at $11B valuation

The round was led by returning investors Sequoia Capital and CapitalG, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Paradigm, Anthos Capital, and Neo. Earlier in October, Kalshi raised $300M, valued at $5B. Kalshi is a betting market that is regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
