​​Binance Futures will launch STABLEUSDT perpetual contract pre-market trading on November 6th, at 12:00 UTC

Users will be able to access STABLEUSDT pre-market trading with up to 5x leverage. Pre-market perpetual futures contracts will be converted to standard perpetual futures contracts gradually. Stable is a EVM-compatible layer 1 blockchain designed to move stablecoins at scale, powered by USDT.
