⚡ BASE COMPLETES ITS COBALT UPGRADE

Base has completed its scheduled Cobalt mainnet upgrade.

The upgrade is another sign of how fast Ethereum’s Layer 2 ecosystem is evolving.

Cobalt was scheduled for Base Mainnet on September 30, and Base’s status page now shows systems operational.

For Ethereum, it’s another reminder that major L2 infrastructure continues moving quickly — especially around financial applications and network functionality.
