EU regulators are questioning Binance over its use of a legal exemption to continue serving customers in the bloc after failing to secure a MiCA license, according to the Financial Times.

Binance said it "complies with applicable regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions in which it operates" and that it is working toward becoming MiCA-authorized.
