⚖️ CFTC just sided with Kalshi

The CFTC is backing Kalshi against Ohio’s attempt to treat prediction markets like illegal sports betting.

Ohio says Kalshi needs to follow state gambling laws, but the CFTC says they are event contracts regulated at the federal level.
