A new feature for mass card top-up has been added in Combo Cards 🚀

The process itself is quite simple, follow these steps:

— Go to the "Virtual cards" section and click on the "Top up cards" button.
— After that, a new tab will be opened, where the available balance will be shown and the possibility to choose the replenishment currency.
— Select the currency, then the BIN of the cards you plan to replenish. You can replenish cards in bulk that have a common BIN.
— Choose the cardholder and specify the top-up amount. It should not exceed the maximum value that will appear in the window. After that click "Confirm".
— Done!

For mass replenishment, no commission is charged, only if you have already selected a card with such conditions. #HowTo

How to change a user's role?

In Combo Cards, there are 4 types of roles that can be assigned to team members: Business Owner, Team Lead, Finance Manager, and Media Buyer.

To change a user's role, go to the "Manage Users" menu. There you will find a list of users and their roles. Click on the first icon in the "Actions" column next to the user whose role you want to change. In this section, you can edit the account settings, including the role.

Only users with the roles of Business Owner and Team Lead have the ability to change roles. Therefore, the Business Owner can change the following roles:

— In a parent company, users with the Finance Manager role can be assigned to a subsidiary company with roles such as Media Buyer, Team Lead, and Finance Manager. It's important to note that the current group will be reset, so be sure to link that user back to the group.
— In a subsidiary company, users with the roles of Team Lead, Media Buyer, and Finance Manager can be assigned to any roles except for Business Owner.

Users with the Team Lead role can only change the roles of users within their group. They can change the role of a Media Buyer to a Finance Manager, and vice versa. #HowTo

In this post, we will explain how to set up transaction notifications and 3DS codes for all team members. To do this, follow our instructions:

1. Create a group in Telegram and invite team members to join.
2. Add the @combocards_bot bot to the group and make it an administrator with minimal permissions, for example, allowing it to only change the group description and pin messages.
3. Then, log in to your Combo Cards account, go to settings, and activate notifications for approved transactions for team members in the "Telegram account token" section.
4. After that, click on the "Generate" button and copy the token.
5. Send the token to the chat with Combo Cards bot and your team members.
6. Done!

Important detail — only users with the Business Owner role can enable notifications for the team.

We have made several improvements to the dashboard aimed at enhancing the user experience in the tool. For example, we have hidden some of the least popular metrics and changed their placement in the "Card Source" section.

A function for mass balance card top-up has been added. To use it, go to the "Virtual Cards" section and click on the "Top up cards" button. We will provide additional details about the process in one of our upcoming posts.

We have corrected the display of the remaining balance in the Balance Statement section. Now, the correct amount of available funds is shown.

In the interface, a field has been added that displays the balance remaining after each transaction.

How to invite a new user to Combo Cards?

Earlier, we talked about how teamwork is organized in Combo Cards and what types of roles exist. Today, we will tell you about the more practical part of the question, namely - how to invite new users?

Only users with the roles of Business Owner and Team Lead can invite new collaborators to the tool. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and go to the “Manage Users” section.
2. Click on the “Invite Users” button. Then enter the username, email, and group you want to assign the user to. In this window, you can also create a new group.
3. After that, click “Invite”. The new user will receive an email notification with a link to the service and login credentials.
4. Done!

Please note that to invite users to the role of Media Buyer or Team Lead, you need to create a child group in advance.

We have two news, and both of them are good!

Now, all new users who have not yet passed verification are granted access to the demo version of the service. In the demo version, you can receive a more detailed introduction to the available tools, account settings, and interface. To gain full access to your personal account and start issuing virtual cards, you must confirm your identity.

Fixed the display of commission on the "Dashboard" tab. Now it is calculated in dollars.

In the Balance Statement section, a filter by transaction categories and a new column called Remaining Balance have been added.

The "per transaction limit" metric is now displayed in the details of limit cards.

Currently, if a payment is declined, we charge $0.5 per transaction. With the cashback program, you can control the commission and get a refund for the difference in deductions from your balance. The fewer declined payments, the more cashback you get!

If the percentage of declined payments at the end of the month is less than 15%, the transaction fee will be $0.25. If the percentage is less than 5%, the commission will be $0, and any difference will be fully refunded to your account balance.

In October, Combo Cards users will receive cashback for transactions made in August. In November, it will be for September, and so on.

In your personal account, you can find information about the percentage of declined payments. This information is updated monthly.
